We had a solar inverter that had failed. Infinite Renewable Energy were on site quickly, diagnosed the fault and replaced the inverter very quickly. Lots of advice offered including that we had pigeons nesting under panels. Should be moved this week and mesh installed by others. I fitted the USB WiFi to the Growatt inverter and Infinite were kind enough to give me their installer number so I could register the WiFi myself. Kind, considerate, friendly, and efficient throughout. Would definitely recommend! – N Morgan.

Infinite Renewable Energy Systems Ltd is an amazing company, and they have a new Gas Safe Engineer who just replaced all of the radiators in our home. They are installing our Air Source Heat Pump at the end of May, and I have received pre-approval for the EST Grant Funding. The plumbers, electricians and staff have all been fantastic! 10/10 for service and high quality of work. I would highly recommend them for ASHP, Boiler Upgrades and Heating Services.

We had an amazing experience with Infinite Renewables. Unfortunately we had cowboys fit the system at first who were recommended by the council. Infinite Renewables stepped in after the system went wrong and the company had gone bankrupt. They helped us with a claim with our credit card company and were patient with us until the claim went through. I would highly recommend Stewart Dickson who helped with the engagement. The installation team were efficient and very courteous. The retrofit went extremely smoothly and we are now producing about 3 times the amount of electric than before the system broke.

HIES appointed Infinite Renewable Energy Systems Ltd, with the task of completing the work and finalising the G99 and DNO certifications. I am pleased to report that all is now complete. After nearly two years of worry and frustration Infinite Renewable Energy Systems Ltd sorted out all my problems – my system is now working perfectly and, with the documentation complete, I can sell my surplus electricity to Octopus.

Excellent service from start to finish. Infinite Renewables picked up our business after stepping in when the firm we had originally chosen went into administration. After the awful way we were treated by the other company, we didn’t have any trust in the industry. However, we couldn’t have been more delighted and surprised by the service received from Infinite Renewables. It was seamless from start to finish. The solar is now fully installed and working well. The company picked up on another that went into administration. Hence, I was very pensive about how it would all work out. As it happened all was smooth and efficient, even when some installation issues came to light regarding vendor parts. The system now exceeds my expectations!

We’re delighted with the work that was carried out. We struggled to find someone who could do repairs to a roof with solar panels, but Stewart and his team quickly identified that bird nesting materials were causing the problem.

They removed the panels, cleaned the roof, and fitted vents for better air circulation in the loft.

Thanks very much to Infinite Energy for a quality job. Excellent work by Electrician who laboured all day with hardly a break to achieve a neat installation of battery, inverter, fuse box, solar generation meter and 4 isolator switches. He hefted very heavy battery and inverter into place after politely negotiating where they could be fitted. Took away all waste for sorting and recycling back at base. The panel installers were also polite and completed their task in strong winds just before the heavy rain came down. In addition they installed two panels higher up the roof than on the plan to capture more light. I had paid a 25% deposit to Avanti Energy who went into administration a month later. Safe World Insurance sorted everything for me for which I am grateful.

Infinite carried out an overhaul of my roof. The whole experience was great – really professional people and an excellent job done for a sensible price.

Team were arranged by my company to install Evec car charger. From initial contact through to completion, the entire transaction from my point has been very easy and outstanding customer service!

First contact and survey, providing product data to help me understand my options, arranging the appointment and install had been great communication.

Lee the engineer who completed the work was brilliant. Took time to explain what needed done and how long it would take, was able to place the charger in the exact spot I wanted, extremely tidy inside and outside. Professional and friendly throughout. I work from home and was on meetings most of the day but didn’t cause any inconvenience to that as disruption was minimal.

We were introduced to Infinite Renewables via HIES after our original supplier went into liquidation. Very impressed with the speed of replies to our questions and queries at the planning and survey stage. Equipment was delivered when promised. Electricians and Solar Installers arrived on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. Lee and Richard the electricians were top class and done an amazing job.

We had been let down by another company, however HIES arranged for Infinite Renewables to complete the work for us at the same price. They were neat and tidy and completed the work in a professional manner. Virtually all of the electricity that we consumed during September has been solar generated.

Really competent crew finished quickly leaving no mess. The west facing panels continue working until sunset!
